This offering from the Beneficio San Diego in Costa Rica is no exception and is one of Sierra Blue’s owners favorite. This Costa Rica Montano Micro hints at flavors of berry, brown spice, cinnamon, hibiscus, and lemon. The medium roasted coffee is great brewed in an drip system but is especially delicious in a pour-over.
