Shipping: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination and carrier. Sierra Blue Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers, but will assist in tracking lost shipments. Please allow for up to 7 days for your products to ship. We make every attempt to get orders out in a timely manner but depending on current sales volume that may increase or decrease shipping times.
Returns and refunds: Customers may request a return within (30) days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within (30) business days of receiving the returned item. All food product (coffee) sales are Final with no returns accepted.
