Our Brazil Salmo Plus is a distinctive single-origin coffee from the Cerrado region of Brazil. This naturally processed coffee develops a smooth, rich character as the coffee cherries ripen fully before harvest. As a result, the beans offer concentrated sweetness and the approachable profile for which Brazilian coffees are well known.

We roast Brazil Salmo Plus dark to build a full body and deeper sweetness while preserving its balanced origin character. In the cup, expect notes of milk chocolate, raisin, and roasted peanut. Medium acidity keeps the coffee smooth and easy to drink. Meanwhile, the darker roast adds richness, depth, and a satisfying finish without overwhelming the coffee’s natural flavor.

Brewing Brazil Salmo Plus

Brazil Salmo Plus works especially well for drip coffee, French press, pour-over, or espresso. Because the coffee is full-bodied yet balanced, it works well with many brewing methods. It still delivers a smooth and flavorful cup. Choose the 12 oz bag for everyday home brewing, or select the 2 lb bag when you want more of this dark-roasted favorite on hand.

Sierra Blue Coffee Roasters prepares Brazil Salmo Plus in small batches to help maintain freshness, flavor, and consistency. In addition, we offer both bag sizes as whole bean coffee. That lets you grind immediately before brewing for a fresher cup. Whether you prefer a classic drip brewer, French press, pour-over setup, or espresso machine, this coffee offers the depth and versatility to fit your routine. Its balanced body and approachable flavor also make it an easy choice for everyday brewing or sharing with other coffee drinkers.
