Our Brazil Salmo Plus is a distinctive single-origin coffee from the Cerrado region of Brazil. Producers allow the coffee cherries to ripen fully before harvest, helping develop concentrated sweetness and a rich natural character. This naturally processed coffee offers the smooth, approachable profile for which Brazilian coffees are well known.

We roast Brazil Salmo Plus dark to build a full body and deeper sweetness while preserving its balanced origin character. In the cup, expect notes of milk chocolate, raisin, and roasted peanut. Medium acidity keeps the coffee smooth and easy to drink, while the darker roast adds richness and depth.
