The Brazil Salmo Plus has been a staple coffee at Sierra Blue for many years with an excellent consistency each growing season. Grown in the Cerrado region in southern Brazil the coffee cherries are left on the branch until they are bursting with concentrated sugars. With a very good Q-score the Salmo Plus features tones of milk chocolate, raisins, and roasted peanut. 12 oz bag of whole bean roasted coffee.
