Our Costa Rica Montano Micro coffee comes from the Montano Micro-Mill Jaguar lot in Costa Rica. This 2026 SHB EP coffee reflects the character of Costa Rica’s distinctive coffee-growing regions. The anaerobic honey process builds sweetness and complexity while keeping the cup lively and clean. We roast it to a medium/light level so its bright origin character stays front and center.
