Description

Our Peru Warmikuna Women’s coffee is a distinctive single-origin coffee from a collective of 55 female coffee producers in Peru. These producers cultivate the coffee at high elevations along the eastern slopes of the Andes. The elevation helps develop dense Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) coffee. The lot uses a washed process, carries a G1 grade, and meets European Preparation (EP) standards for quality and consistency.

The name Warmikuna means “women” in Quechua and reflects the female coffee producers behind this special lot. We take this coffee to a dark roast to build a rich, full body while keeping its origin character intact. In the cup, expect notes of apricot, brown sugar, dried dates, and chocolate.
