Our Ethiopia Sidama coffee is the Dara G4 natural lot from Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region. Natural processing develops sweetness and layered character in the coffee before roasting. We take Dara to a French roast for greater body, richness, and intensity. Even at this darker level, the coffee keeps enough origin character to remain interesting from first sip to finish.

In the cup, expect cocoa powder, golden raisin, brown sugar, roasted hazelnut, and black tea. Cocoa and hazelnut bring depth, while raisin and brown sugar add a softer sweetness.
