Our Ethiopia Sidama G4 Natural is a bold, fruit-forward single-origin coffee from Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region. Naturally processed, this coffee develops a rich sweetness and layered character before roasting. We take this lot to a French roast, deepening the body and roast intensity while preserving the distinctive flavor character that makes Ethiopian coffee so recognizable.
In the cup, expect notes of cocoa powder, golden raisin, brown sugar, roasted hazelnut, and black tea. The darker roast adds depth and a full-bodied finish without overwhelming the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity. It is an excellent choice for coffee drinkers who prefer a robust cup with more character than a conventional dark roast.
